Hey. I'm going through a similar process myself. I found a place in Canada that sells the H22a full swap w/ 5 spd tranny for $1850 USD. It's called Osaka JDM Motors... You could check them out. Most other places I've seen are asking for more than that.
Good luck...

EDIT: Since this post I've looked through the archives here on honda-tech and I've read both good and bad stuff about this company. Check it out yourself and make your decision on your own...

I got mine from Hmotorsonline and it was awesome. Excellent service, got everything i needed on the day that it was guarenteed to be delivered. Very great service and i payed $2350.00 shipped. You might save some money with osaka but if youre putting it in a civic youll prolly end up missing alot of stuff. ie(linkage, shifter, resistor pack, etc) Ive seen some **** from osaka but who knows. Good luck. Oh yea if youre gonna do a H22 and you want it to be nice you cant be to overly price concious. Truth is you get what you pay for.

Don't always buy the cheapest swap you find and don't buy one until you read this: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=50010
