Default H22 ek code 9 and jumpy tach

Hey ht, just put a new h22 in my ek because the old ones journal bearings seized to the crank. im getting code 9 cel, my tach is jumpy, and the car runs like a bag of ****.

its running p28 with s300, h22a1
had this all running nicely before and now i cant figure out whats causing the problem.

any ideas?

td60u dizzy, just checked resistance between pins 4 and 8 got 413 ohms

just looked at low speed ignition tables in the smanager, the revs the ecu is seeing are jumping from 750 to 1750, i can rev it above that but it will jump almost 3000 rpm according to smanager

Same distributor? Then you probably nicked a wire or just got unlucky with a failing ICM.

I swapped out the cyp sensor with a spare I had and its running fine now. Seems to be misfiring at wot with hesitation at 3k then 5k rpm and won't go into VTEC,
