H22 eg hatch swap?
Is it possible to swap a h22 into a eg hatch with keeping the a/c and p/s? And what kind of mods would it take to fit it in while keeping all accessories?

im sure you could with fabrication, i think the engine is too big for PS and AC, i think they make a kit to reposition it, i could be wrong.
I know that with a lot of the aftermarket headers, the header extends further out from the block, therefore making it impossible to have an AC condensor there. You could relocate it with some fabrication I suppose, but most guys don't bother seeing how it's a lot of trouble.
I personally don't have AC or power steering and get by just fine without it and I live in FL. Just sucks when it rains.

Ahh yah. It's possible.
Ask my friend 93H22ACX
He has a/c still.

Really, on a couple of the websites for H22 Civic headers, it says very boldly that their header will NOT clear the AC condensor. I always thought that people would find a way around it one way or another. And I know that there are probably some headers that will clear it.

So some headers will fit with a/c and some won't....

I'm not sure if florida is hot in the summer, like in tx...i heard its hot and humid there.. and from what i hear, ontario is fairly cool, if i lived in canada, i would not roll with a/c...and i have a/c in my gsr eg hatch, and see no difference in power with other hatches ive raced with the same setup. no difference worth enough to leave a/c off.

they sure do.
as for p/s... in a h/b you really dont need it and id advise against it if you plan to race. alot of h/bs dont even come with p/s stock, so i duno why you think you need p/s. its a total waste in a hatch.
