Default H22 Accord or Civic

Hi!

I am writing from Italy!

I now own a Accord with a H22 swap in it.
I often go to track days and have fun with my car. I have quite a few mods in it and it runs quite well.
My problem is weight!

I wanted now to get the engine out and fit it into a EG Civic.

Is it a good idea?
Is it a complicated swap?

Is it possible to keep AC or there is no space?

I could strip everythig out of my Accord but since it is my daily ride I don't tink its a good idea ad it still be too heavy.

You can keep anything you want, but it takes ingenuity to do so. I've seen people bring over their a/c with no problem at all, but I've seen other people have to 'massage' certain parts to get it to work.

By the way,
h22accord = 14.5-15.0 1/4
h22civic = 13.5-14.0 1/4

Reading comprehension ownz you.

14.0
99.54mph

I may be on the slower side of h22 civics, but I also carry around 400 more pounds while only being a couple tenths off.

you can keeo ac if you buy the HCP bracket or make a custom bracket to sue the civic ac compressor. its tight as hell and not sometihing i would willingly do again. last h22a civic swap i did the guy wanted to keep ac and i cursed him for it after the fact cause it was such a bitch.

Yes, I know!

I want to try now and see what I could get out from my Accord.
Since it's almost all engine work, I won't loose it when I will swap the engine in the Civic!

One thing I should do is also some serious brakes.
