General oppionion seems to be to get custom rate springs for the front from Ground Control if you really want the car to react and handle like it should/would with a lighter motor. I recently installed Tokico RAK adjustables in my h22 hatch and it handles VERY well now. I feel a quality coilover with some high adjustment abilitry to save your header from scraping the ground form any reputable co. (Skunk Tein etc.) are all good choices for a street car.
I've also read that stock integra spruings are a common swap to help compensate also, if you are on a budget.

I've never done a b-series swap but i just finished my H swap from a d-series and it sits a whole lot lower than it did with the d-series. Glad somebody is exploring this issue

h22 is a great engine i swapped one into mine about a year ago. the h22 the block itself is only 25 pounds heavier and the tranny is a lil over 5 pounds heavier than a b series. i personally have tokico shocks with skunk2 ajustables and i luv it. u could make up for this weight difference with a cf hood or going to the gym its nothing horrible compared to the awesome torque gains.
