Default GSR w/ B16 head

What are the pros/cons to this? I did a search, all I know is that I will loose .2 points of compression. Also, would it be better to use the GSR cams or the B16 cams with the b16 head?

Why would you want to put a b16 head on a gsr? The gsr motor is already VTEC. If there are some pros to this then some one post them cause i would like to know also.
