How do you connect the v-tec wire into the GSR ecu pin which is so little? There are 3 wires for the crank angle sensor comming from the civic harness, but there are 2 wires for the gsr's engine for the crank angle sensor??? what do I do?

I'm trying to do the same put a b18b1 with GSR trans into my 2000 EK sedan but I'm having issues with the crank shaft position sensor not plugging in. I used my y8 harness on the b18b1 everything plugs in but the crank shaft sensor. I used the b to d adapter on my ECU. I'm totally lost on what to do cars been sitting for a year 😔
