Default gsr secondaries.

I just installed a 95 gsr motor in a 94 civic ex. I'm running a p28 right now that I'm chipping with a skunk 2 program. Now, I know the p28 doesn't run knock sensor or IAB, so my question is........... If the IAB isn't wired up are my secondaries going to work?? if not, how do i got about getting them to work. thanks.

You can't get them to work. Unless you can some how wire a 5600 to 6k rpm pill to activate the iab box. With out the p72 good luck.

Or you can do what I did. Buy a skunk2 manifold. I also have a p28 chipped mugen program.

You basically have 2 choices: Buy a single stage manifold - Skunk2 or get an OBDI P72 ECU. They would both set you back about the same amount.

no all it means that you're lacking low end/partial throttle torque and horse power (losses are under 4500rpm or so) from 4500rpm the chip will usually make more power then stock P72 ECU

skunk2 manifold in my opinion, like VTECvillan said, they will set you back the same amount, and the skunk2 manifold will be something you will probs want later anyway.

If you aint got $$$ for Skunk2 mani... then just take out your butterfly plate & dont worry about it.

If you feel lazy... then just stick your butterflies open & still dont worry about it
