gsr question
For a while i've been debating over the h22 or b18c1. I finally chose the gsr motor. I don't have much money to modify the motor but for the future if i could just some opinions on some stuff to get the most all motor and then go for a light boost. Try to keep in mind i will be on a budget.

by the way if you're wondering my car is a 94 civic ex. and if you could i would to know what a b18c1 should do in the 1/4 mile in my car.
