GSR into DA wiring and tranny questions??

GSR into DA wiring and tranny questions??
yeah i bought a gsr swap 96 and was told it was converted OBD-0 to OBD-1. the car it came out of of like mine is a 1991 Acura Integra. So did they just modify a OBD-1 GSR harness and throw it on there?? how can i tell??
Also i started plugging the harness inside the engine bay and only two main
connectors are connected one on each side. Is the harness supposed to just plug in already??
how should i hook the harness up, before the engine swap, after swap, on motor then swap, on car then put in motor???
Also how do you connect the cable to hydro converision to the shift linkage??

the ten remaining wires off the ecu conversion.

the ten remaining wires from the chassis harness
***where are they wired too, the ten are not all the same color as the other set of ten wires i have above***
passenger side engine harness

is this for the 9v OBD-0 fuel injectors?? what has to be rewired under the hood for the OBD1 conversion and injectors???
driver side engine harness
