gsr intake manifold whistle verry loud

gsr intake manifold whistle verry loud
I searched and every body was talking like a whistle from there intake. This is much louder the whine sounds like a loose belt but if the throttle plate is snaped open and the manifold vacuum gets close to ambient it goes away so im sure that it must be manifold and not my belt or altinator. what could this be from?
