Default Girdle

I have GSR Girdle with the 3 main plus bolts, tray and pickup.
Do i have to do any grinding to make it fit??
I know my ls pan won't fit... But if I get the GSR pan, Is everything is bolt on?

search and it say to grind the main...
Is that only if i use my ls main???

i just re-read your post.. you shouldnt use the gsr main caps.. not sure if they fit or not.. but if you do find a way to use them you would have to get a line hone for damn sure..

A line hone is overkill imo, honda is more than accurate on these blocks. And all the B18's are the same. Plastiguage for cleareance and deal with the bearings, as for the oil pickup, I just cut the legs and rewelded them. I made a custom windage tray from the stock one, and I just used a hammer on the oil pan.

It's not that hard, as for shaving numbers I'm not sure why you would, they face down away from the rotating assembly...I did this a while ago, but I don't recall requiring to do this...
