will the stock crx si fuel pump run a stock b18b engine ? or will i need to throw something else in there?

 

i would upgrade to at least a 190 lph or a 255 lph pump, just depending on what your setup or future plans are. less than 200 hp, 190 lph is fine. 200+ hp then a 255 lph is good.

 

basically just for now to run my bone stock b18b is what i am wondering , im going turbo but i already got the 255hp pump for that. its just for a couple weeks to run around on the b18b to work out bugs and such before turbo

 

i had a ls/vtec boosted running 10psi on a stock hf fuel pump with no problems. but i would not suggest doin it if you plan on turboing your car go ahead and put a pump in it

 

basically all i want to know is , will my 89 crx si fuel pump be enough to support my stock b18b ?

 

yes, ur b18b will run off of the 89 crx si pump.

but might as well upgrade the pump if ur gonna or already have swapped the motor right?

 

yes, it will work. the non vtec pumps are the same.
