Default fuel pressure

Just out of curiosty, what should my fuel pressure be at idle and WOT.
I have a 94 civic with a 01 B18C5.

Idle should be around 32, WOT should peak at 42. Correct me if I'm wrong hybrid gurus.

thats with vacuum off or with b/c seems low..
with the vac line on i have 39psi at idle and 44psi at wot and had a gutted cat and plugs were white so put a new cat and have to check again ...

i know i need a dyno to tune but i'm putting a fpr on and what psi should a set it at aprox.... b16a i/h/e
