fuel filter on hybrid...
i did the LS in my 5gen civic ex. im replacing the fuel filter. should i use the filter for the ls or for the EX? im assuming the LS...

Use the filter for the EX....the LS is for different fuel lines, your fuel lines are still EX fuel lines.....unless you replaced those.

my ls came with all th hoses. i just connected the LS hose to the ex filter. so thism means i should swap out to the LS filter? is this a possible reason why i may have a little water in my fuel?

water in the fuel??? Hmm, possible if the hoses don't match up right with the filter.
Did you get a good connection between the filter and the fuel line?
