Default firing on 2 cylinders

okay so i have a boosted b18 ls vtec. just did a complete rebuild.not firing on 3 and 4.thought i heard a knock so i checkd the rod bearings and they look fine.not burning oil or coolant.plugs look fine as well.looked down the spark plug holes on 3 and 4 and i didnt see any damage from what i could see.i had the regular break in shavings like usual but nothing crazy.super stumped as to what i should do to try and diagnose this.fuel pressure is normal.
