Does anybody know how this 4.785 final drive kit works? They sell it on jdm honda parts. Does this help alot?

basically higher FD will lower overall gearing in a tranny, offering better torque multiplication thus acceleration will increase but its at the expense of the top speed.


mild applications and small displacement motors B16A/B17A and even B18C will defiantly benefit from the mod.
