JDM sohc vtec problems???
To start off I already did a search and i didnt find anything.
Ok well this guy i know has a 93 civic hb CX and he put a D15 sohc vtec motor in it and is using a PO8 ecu.He said it runs but he thought it was a drop in plug and play kinda thing.I was wondering what kind of wiring needs to be done for it to work right.
Also he said something about still using the CX header which has the cat on the front of it with the 1 wire O2 sensor,does this have to be changed out?

no P08 uses a single wire 02, just like the CX so no need to mod anything there.
But you'll need to add vtec solenoid wire and vtec oil pressure wire to the ecu. as well as adding the ground to the oil pressure switch.
check the diagram (just the two I mentioned)
