From an intallation point of view, yes it will bolt up. To function right is iffy.
You have to be certain the fuel presure will be what the B18B require.
On part throttle a slight deviation either higher or lower does not really matter because ECU compensates.
But at WOT when ECU goes into open loop mode, it will rely on a predtermined fuel map and with a wrong fuel presure, you can either run lean or rich.
I know from the helm manual that between the B18C and B18B, the B18C is 8psi higher. FPR looks the same Physically though.

So are you saying that when you are at WOT the ECU doesn't read anything off the oxygen sensor???
O2 sensor is still functioning though. It still gets voltage from the ECU. ECU just ignores it whatever values it throws back.
