Default F22B1 block F22A head build and swap

My 96' Accord EX currently has a completely stock F22B1 setup with 200K miles and leaky seals. I am interested in building a new powertrain using a F22B1 block and F22A head. I have read that I will need to get an OBD1 ECU, make some mods to the block, and of course port the head. The block mods that I have seen are: strutted iron sleeves with a 90 mm bore to unshroud the valves, ceramic-coated, forged pistons and a forged crank and rods.

I have looked around the forums to find tips, tricks, advice, and instructions on this kind of build/swap but haven't found anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I probably will need a new transaxle as well, and have considered putting a turbo on it, but I really have no clue in that area.
