Default F20b swap issues

Hi long time lurker first time with an account/posting. If I posted this in the wrong section please forgive my ignorance. Now that the pleasantries are out of the way let's get down to it.

This is my first venture into a project like this and at this point i have taken on more then i can handle. I have a 98 CL that i swapped a f20b into, I have finished off the swap and i am in the tuning stage and running into my issue. The car starts at this point but the wideband is reading extremely lean (21-22 afr) at idle. But it smells pig rich in the engine bay after running for 30sec to a min (can spot/feel any leaks in the fuel delivery). I can increase the fuel and bring it down to 16.5ish but its by almost a 40% increase to the injectors. I tried purchasing base map and still had the same results. The timing seems to be correct(checked with a timing gun). the tuning is a demon 2 with neptune rtp. Injectors are stock, stock rail, new stock fpr. I hope i listed all the relevant stuff if you need any other information just tell me and i can get it.

If you have any ideas i could look into/try or a similar experience and could offer some wisdom it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading
