Default F20b swap

Hey guys i am planning on a swap this summer i was going to do a b20b swap but i live in cali and i guess the risk of it getting impounded is too high. So i was searching and i found the f20b ( http://www.jdmtigerjapanese.com/hond...ly-97-01.html# ) and it seems like a great deal for the power. I would like to get this motor in the future and use one of those kits that would allow me to use a b series transmission. I will get getting an ls tranny since its cheap and i just want a good daily driver that has power for me to use when i want to have fun/need to pass people

Basically i found a good thread showing what to get but not that much info on the wiring.
I have a 99 ex auto and i would like to use the stock harness

Why chop up your auto harness?
Best to get a manual avoid future points of failure.
Look at this long and hard.. its not difficult, but going from auto to manual and the parts you'll need, plus the tranny.
The price goes up.

I dont want to go through the hassle of swapping out the whole harness but from my understanding to to from auto to manual i have to cut some wires etc etc but i cant find any info on wiring up the f20b with the stock ex harness.

I just dont want a d-series engine anymore i just want a new motor that has power so i can have some fun with once in a while and help me be able to pass people on the highway

Edit: and by connecting the harness with the stofk ex harness i mean the engine itself i think it uses a two pin vtec socket or something and i need to change some wiring for the dist but i havent heard much about it theres not that many threads for the f20b
