ex harness swap question

ex harness swap question
Ok two questions.
1. JDM B16a into 99 Hatchback, went obd1, will 99 EX harness work?
2. I think it is a 99 EX harness but it has two plugs in the center of the harness that are extremely big and in the helms it doesn't show them. Any clue to weather or not it is a 99-00 EX Harness. Thank you. Any help is greatly appreciated.
