Default Engine swaps=stiffer springs?

I'm putting my stock springs back in soon because I'm really tired of scraping and generally have found the rougher/bouncy ride annoying.

Lets say I get a b18c1 swapped in....would i need stiffer springs? I remember people telling me I should get integra springs to compensate for the additional weight.

spring rates are the same.
if you set up is poor now it will be magnified a bit with your swap because of the bit of extra weight.

my left shock was a little saggy before the swap but after it was rediculous. apparently blown.....get teh idea.
