Looking to see if I can get some guidance in swapping my obd1 d15z1 (1994 Civic vx) into an obd2 factory equipped Civic (1996-1999). Why do I ask this? The car it's in is pretty rusty but the engine is a low mileage great running daily driver.

I know it's not a common swap but mine is the high mile per gallon vx lean burn engine/trans which gives me excellent hybrid like mpgs.

If someone can link a thread to a same/similar swap, it would be very appreciated.
