Default which engine swap to do?

which engine swap would be best for my 94 civic ex coupe a b16a2 or a h22a. it would be a daily driver but i want it to be fast and have power. i would do the swap myself just because im not rich. i heard the b16a2 swap is easier cuz its a direct bolt in. i know a little bout cars but am not a mechanic. which swap would be best for me and remember i only have like alittle around $3000 for it. thanks

3 grand wont be enough for either since you dont know what you are doing...So either way you're screwed...Sorry but thats the truth...Im no mechanic too but I did enough research to do my own swap...And I cant wait till my bro gets a Del Sol or Civic HB...Im ready to do another one...If you plan to do this yourself...I can tell you this, its not that hard but you MUST have some knowledge of your car...Go with the B16 because like you said, you dont know much about cars, this swap wont be too overwhelming...3 grand and free labor you can do it...Good Luck...Go Research before looking for more power...KNOWLEDGE IS POWER...
