Default Engine Code 20 Electrical load....i need help

Engine code 20! thats the code im getting right now with my B16A 0BD0 JDM swap! What does it mean?How could i correct it? The engine has spark,air,fuel and it cranks but wont start!!!!! What the hell?! Please.....somebody help me!!! i need my car back! What can i do?

Well lets see, you need to check your grounds. you need to refill your tank. and then you need to check the timing.

I have the same problem and from what I read replace ECU if all else fails
