Default engine bogs out at rappid acceleration

I just swapped a engine from an 1995 Integra into a 1997 Civic. the car idles great and runs great when cold. But when engine reaches optimum temperature the engine starts bogging out under rapid acceleration but if you accelerate slowly it will accelerate fine. i have done a few hours of research and i am still at a loss...

i have a new distributor on the way ( Im thinking this is the most probable cause ) but also im not too sure how much different is a OBD1 TPS from a OBD2 TPS if any difference.

the engine was running perfectly in the integra, the only things i swapped was the alternator and the distributor.

what would you check next?

It's bogging as in too much fuel or it's just getting really crackly sounding and not pull anymore?

well even in neutral as soon as you floor it the RPMs drop to like 300 and the car almost dies and then the RPMs start to increase slowly and crackly.

When is the last time you changed the fuel filter? Have you started testing the injectors and gone from there?

Fuel filter is new and 3 injectors tested at 11.2 ohms and the forth one at 1.1ohms so I swapped out the one that tested low

Nope didn't fix my problem

But I did take it to autozone to get the codes read and nothing special came up

I got code for both O2 sensores heater unit malfunction but I'm pretty sure this wouldn't cause this issue

A buddy of mine had a similar problem and it was because his throttle body wasn't opening up enough, try taking off ur intake hose and manually open the throttle body (while the cars on) by pushing that piece that the wires attached to and look to c if its opening and how the engine reacts

Ok so I replaced my fuel filter again and it seems that the bogging got worse... Any Ideas?

I also tried changing the Walbro fuel pump back to a stock fuel pump and still After the car is warm it still bogs down for a split second as i hit the accelerator and if the engine is turned off its hard to start back up unless I have the engine at WOT (wide open throttle). its like it floods its self when i turn it off.
