i really want to do a swap. the only thing stopping me is our emissions testing. i want a jdmb16a(i own a 95 ex)will i be able to pass emissions? i've heard that as long as i keep the emissions eqip. from my car, i will pass.is this true?? i need to make sure so i don't spend the 4000 unnecessarly.really appreciate any help!!!!
