Default EK9 Civic - B18c1 to B18c6 conversion

Wondering if anyone could help on the below?

Have facelift EK9 which had conversion to c1 which ran obd2b facelift engine loom on & conversion harness to P28 mapped ECU.

Now have B18c6 in and running with the same obd2b loom with conversion harness to obd2a & standard JDM integra DC2 ecu plugged.

This is hitting a limiter type idle at between 1.2k and 1.5k but can rev through it & is totally fine once at higher revs. Showing error code of ICV, but have tried two different ones and definitely work as should. Sending sensor signal in the loom incorrect?

Also tried p28 ecu with exactly the same results. However standard facelift ecu plugged directly into loom runs car without the issue.

Any help appreciated,

Cheers

Also would a pre-facelift loom work in facelift ek? Or do the interior and engine looms need to be the same?
