im doing an auto to manual/B series swap in my 98 coupe and im wondering what i need to do to get th reverse lights to come on when i put the car in reverse with the 5spd tranny? Do i just connect the yellow and green with black stripe wires together or what?

 

Do i have to run wires from the tranny to the yellow wire and the green with black wire?

You need to find which 2 wires at the auto shifter originally made the reverse lights come on and then run those out to the reverse light plug on the tranny. I can't say exactly which 2 wires those are without looking at my Helms but I'll get back with you.
