Well since he chose B20/VTEC and a Type R swap I'm guessing he wants V-tech.

Learn your spelling dude (you'll get flamed less), but other than that. Here we go. A lot of people will say b20VTEC. Period it is putting down more power for the buck by far (as for putting down more power, it really isn't. If I'm not mistaken Erick from Erick's racing is using the b18c5 block sleeved for his 2.0). But I say screw that. Go with the ITR, put it in and drive the **** out of it. Its reliable period, no swapping parts around. Goodluck.
