First one, 2.15
second one, 2.17 (I think)

EG with a stock JDM gsr with LSD, clutch, generic intake, DC header and slicks = 13.4
People that i know of in my area
EG with a stock JDM ITR and slicks = 12.9
EG with a K20R , header and slicks = 12.4

92 cx, 127 000milles usdm gsr swap. no engine mods, 2 1/4 crush bend exhaust, chipped p28, no rear seats, on shitty 195/55/15 engine stock from gsr air box to oem headers
