working on a 96 civic hatch cx with a cx harness....... were putting in a d15y7 in the car...its having iac valve issues....in between 1500 rpms and 2000 rpms the idle bounces..iac is good...its a 3 wire connector....and the harness is a 3wire, the harness has been wired for vtec b4....do i need to repin the harness to work with the non-vtec computer???.....should all the pin locations be the same on a vtec comp. for the iac connectors be the same on a non vtec comp?????..
