Default Which ECU will to use to pass California BAR

wusup folks,

i have a '95 LS swapped in an '93 EG... i know that i need to use a p75 manual OBD1 ECU to pass... someone stole my ecu.. and somehow it's been hard to find p75-a01 ecu's around here... there's a couple of finds i've seen on ebay... but it's a p06..

ebay link here

this is what the seller said:

We only have p06's in stock. When an ecu is chipped the model doesn't matter anymore, it runs however it is programmed not using the factory maps.

... i need to know if this will pass the ref's visual inspection.. Many thanks!

You will need a p75-a01 ecu for state ref.
