Default ECU problems HELP ME!!

I just bought an ECU that is currently throwing two codes one makes sense and the other doesn't to me and the other person who made the ecu. 21 and a 36, 36 is the weird one, that is a traction control for a jdm ecu. This is a chipped ECU for my integra type-r swap in my 94 civic hatch. Anyone have any advice on how to remedy this problem, contact me please. Thanks.

Traction control is only offered one jdm vehicles so that's why ur getting the cel cause u don't have it so I wouldn't worry about it. code 21 is the vtec solenoid, so check and see if it's plugged in and clean and have enough oil.

I have a really ghetto harness, vtec is not wired into it. I bought the car with an OBD2 to OBD1 harness, but it's got another jumper on the end of that to turn it back into OBD2, and that's where the vtec wiring is placed. That makes sense to me, but why is the car going into limp mode? The ECU was a chipped auto matic ecu converted to manual, I've checked it with some other ECU guru's and they also said that my ECU is fine, I just need to wire in VTEC and I'm good, but I don't want it to be throwing codes anymore.

It's a PR4 ecu I believe. like I said, it's a chipped automatic ecu. Why does it matter so much?

JDM PR4? Some had traction control and may require some other tweeking to get the code to go away. If the ECU didn't then it's a function in the chip only.
