Default ECU problems

Alright guys. I just did a b20 vtec swap in to my 99 ek...an im having some problems with the ecu's. Here the deal i have a jdm p30 with a bad jumper harness so its throw a check engine lite for vtec pressure, so what i did was put in the stock ecu and it ran fine, but its throwing a check engine to for the crank senor or something like that.....So Last time i drove my car around for bout an hour with the stock ecu ran fine, then when i went leave my friend house it started blogging down...it would idle fine but when i went to go take off it had to rev it super high to get the car to move....so i figure it wasnt getting enough fuel....so i pulled over swap out the ecus it ran like **** for a min then i slowed down and launched my car it seem to be fine no blogging no nothing. an then this morning i went to go check it out with the p30 hooked up it was blogging like the single cam ecu did. so i cam home plug up the single cam ecu and it idle fine didnt have any kind of blogging what so ever....Any ideas on what might be causing these problems?

i would get an ecu tuned to match that engine, neither of those ecus will work too well for what yoau re doing.
