Default ECU and jumper harness problems!

OK here is the problem,

The car is a 90-91 CRX HF chassis and the motor is a 90-91 Integra LS motor. The Hondata ECU we are using is an OBD-1 PR4. The adapter harness is a boomslang OBD-O to OBD-1 harness for an OBD-1 B16. What I need to know is the differances between the B16 and the B18 since the harness is for a B16 VTEC and we are dealing with a 1.8 Non-VTEC.

Also, the engine harness is from the 90-91 CRX HF and I have an obdI LS distributor. I also need info on wiring up the OBDI distributor to the OBD-0 harness.
