Default ECU-immobilizer question

Hi everyone...does the 99 Integra GSR ECU come with an Immobilzer..or is it only the 2000 GSR ECU....i have run into a complication with my swap....i have a 2000 GSR motor with the 2000 ECU....and the complication is that if the 99 ECU has the immobilzer..i will have to go for the 97-98 ECU..but the complication now is that the 97-98 ECU will not hook up cleanly to my 2000 Civic EX....i was told that modifications to wiring up the ECU has to be done.....any info that can shed some light on this for me is greaty appreciated!!! The solution to my problem is if the 99 ECU does not come with the immoblizer...because only the 99-2000 ECU will hook up cleanly to my 2000 Civic..but if the 99 GSR ECU does come with an immobilzer then i am screwed....because my shop is going to charge me more if we have to work with the 97-98 ECU
