ECU help?!?!??!
Okay I doubt anyone here will know what the hell I'm talking about but it's all worth a shot right?
Okay I just finished mounting a Greddy Turbo kit for a GSR motor on the 98 Civic Sedan VTI, this Civic contains a B18C4 with LSD on it.....this model is made in the UK.....now of course I need to wire in the blue box.....but here comes my problem.....this thing has an ECU I've never seen before.
Following info is what I got:
37823-P9K-E11-413353-8423
Basically it looks like if I measure the wires up for there signal that it matches somewhat to that of a B16 ECU....although the colours of some of the wires aren't the same...
If anyone has any info on this type of ECU at all I'd greatly appreciate any help you could provide.
This engine is in every way shape and form that of a GSR as far as I can tell I mean the intake manifold is that of the GSR that it is designed with the double runners and all....hell I basically looked at this car for the first time and though...HUH?!?!?! B18C4....LSD.....damn!!! I mean I could go ahead and wire this puppy up according to the pin positions of the GSR but I really would like to be certain of this before I wire this thing in...because if she ends up running lean then it ain't gonna be an easy task to replace this block because there quite a rarity over here.

ive never heard of that ecu.
did you order the turbo kit for the 99+ si?
i dont know much about the greddy kits but if i had to wager a guess the blue box is pinned for OBDIIb and you have OBDIIa.
thats just my guess.

YEah well this is one of those models that was only made in the UK....unfortunatley I was goin out on a limb and hoping maybe someone via here had heard about it or possibly knew of any sites.... I also have never heard of this ECU.... damn english crap...... the whole cars messed up...a Civic Sedan with ITR Front brakes.... GSR rear sway bar.... various other bits and pieces....it's a Hybrid car in itself...and it's standard like that...messed up....oh well guess I'll have to do it the long tedious painful pray to the lords of boost that she don't run lean and blow on me....and measure out every single wire coming out of the ECU....UGH.......
