your civic is obd2b, the ecu should plug right in, just have to deal with the immobolizer and run a wire for the iabs if you plan to run the stock manifold. the immobilizer just involves switching two wires at the ecu plugs, i forget which ones. check out ffsquad.net it spells it out for you.

ill do all your searching for you, you need to remove the immobilizer chip from the ecu and then switch a15 a16 as said in the diagram above for your fuel pump. You may have a cel after removing the immob from the ecu, to get rid of that you need to replace it with a dummy chip to keep the cel off. your best bet is to sell that ecu and just buy an obd2b to 0bd2a jumper and use a 96-99 gsr ecu if you for some reason really wanna stay obd2.

yes, you do need to remove the immobilizer. I have tons of posts on this subject.
It's as simple as desoldering and removing the correct chip from inside the ECU. It will throw a constant CEL, but run completely normally, other than that it will require you to prime the fuel pump for 2 seconds every time you start the car.
If you want to fix it without the CEL, AND keep it OBD2b, you'll need to PM user Katman. He offers a service to remove the immobilizer without the CEL for like $100.
And, you'll have to move the fuel pump pins as someone previously mentioned, and run wires for the IABs. On an OBD2b P72, run the ground side of the plug to the ECU, and the hot side of the plug to a +12V power source.
