Default DX to ZC wiring ecu problem?

i have to move the wires from C2 to B12. the instructions from hybrid-k.com say "some cars already hav4ea wire in the b12" but it doesnt say what to do if you have the existing b12 wire. I have a wire in the b12 so what do i do?
