Default DSM Injectors in B16

I have a B16 in my CRX and I got a set of injectors from a 91 Eagle Talon. I know these fit in perfect and you just add a 10 OHM/10 Watt resister in line with the power wire to each injector to get them to work in the engine! But since there isn't much done to the engine do I need to hook up an AFC or something like it to control the fuel a little? I have a stock injector that is screwed up and i don't want to buy a new stock injector since i have these already!

Thanks!
