do all obd 2 computers store the vins have to pass nys inspection. i have a converted ek 4 door to obd1 with a h22 swap. how do i pass nys emissions inspection.

i said that kinda wrong what i meant was if i hook up an ecu that has already been hooked up to a nys emmisions computer will it know.
