difference between b18c1 short block and b18c5 short block?

difference between b18c1 short block and b18c5 short block?
i've been wondering is there a difference between the 2 shortblocks other than pistons, rods, and i'm guessing oil pump? i would think there would be smaller differences.. maybe bore? rod stroke? but i'm not sure.. can someone clear this up.

Lets see....same block, and oil pump.
Differnt crank, rods and pistons. thats it.
(crank pulley and a/c bracket may be different if you want to count those)
