D16 SWAP!?!
I know everyone is thinking to themselves why a d16. Well I have a 97 hatch. I am not looking for mad-power. Just somehting a little more than i have now. That and its kinda embarrasing when a little kid who just got done watching The Fast and The Furious pulls up to me in a cavalier and i cant do anything but wave him on, and just pretend i have better things to do. I have a 94 EX motor donated from a friend. What i would like to know if anyone could help me, is that I am trying to put the top end on my bottom end. Basically the head on up. If anyone can help my or if you have any tips please let me know. I know i am going to need a OBD1 ecu. But other than that. I would just like to know if it is a direct bolt on. Please help.
isnt the 94 ex motor a d16?
I dont think swapping a d16 will help much anyways, that cavalier might still smote you. I think if your looking for power that isnt killing the bank, get a LS swap or b20? You can do a complete LS for 2K.
if not, just build your EX up...

oppppppsssssss!
I totally read the post wrong, I'm sorry dude.
For some reason I thought that he had a 94 hatchback. I wasn't thinking. sorry.
the mini-me swap is a good idea. Somethng differnet with a hatch.
You probably will want some bolt ons, just juse the stock EX wont pull as hard as you want. But good luck on the swap
well, im getting my LS complete for 1800
