Default d15 -> b16 Carry-over parts?

I just bought a b16 and to replace my d15 but its missing a few critical components needed to make it run. Will the starter and injectors from the d15 carry-over to the b16? Also, if I need to get new injectors, and I plan to upgrade to a turbo in a month or two, can I just buy 400-500cc injectors and use those NA without changing my fuel timing? Or do the larger injectors flow more even with stock fuel timing?

The make and model is largely irrelevant as it's a purely drivetrain issue. But for some history, the transplant car is a 95 Del Sol S and the motor going in is a 93-95 JDM B16A SIR motor with a LS trans.

Can anyone else shed some light on this?
