Default crx swap need help

im trying to figure out what is exactly needed for a d16z6 swap in a 91 crx dx. i have various crx SI parts. i have searched for weeks now and keep comming up with bits and peices but i want to be sure. i know it has to be converted to OBD 1. heres the thing, i have a harness intake, trans and injectors form a 90 crx si. so my question is can i just plug the engine harness from the SI in place of the dual point harness or is it more involved? does the d16z6 computer have to be used or can i use the SI comp with a VAFC to activate vtec? i also plan on boosting the motor too.
one more thing.. i thought of a b16 swap but it seemed like a lot of work. would this be as easy or should i go d series. id like DOHC though. any help you guys could give would be great.
thanks

well, if you went with the b16, it wouldn't be much more work then the d16. you would just have to get the mounts. you can't just plug the Si harness in, you can rewire the DX harness, and add a couple extra wires. If you go with the d16, I would use the VTEC ECU, just because.
