Default CRX HF with B16A1 Swap???

Ok, I'm gonna try to explain this situation correctly. I just finished helping a friend put a B16A1 into his CRX and I noticed that the B16A1 intake manifold had more vacum lines and I can't figure out where they go? Also the the ECU is throwing codes 3 and 7. We started the car and it idles really high at 2100 and up to 2500 rpm. This is the first time I did a B16A1 swap. Can anybody help?

Vacuum help...also, this might help your high idle prob too.
