CRV, or resleave?
resleeve it to a bigger bore....it'll be stronger in the long run anyway. i say resleeve it to a 87mm bore and re work your combustion chambers. put in the right internals and you'll be kicking some ***
Here are some picts to look at and think about what you want to do.....

Regular B18A/B block.... thin walls.... too much carbon = running very rich with Mugen PR3 for LS/VTEC setup

Nice & thick looking... rods & crank are same as B18A/B, but pistons are larger in diameter. I'd say the B20 block is good up to 18 lbs easily with rods & pistons... hell, I boosted 12 lbs w/out any problems with stock internals for awhile
Eitherway, you're looking at paying the same price for either... about $700-$1000 for either a B20 block, or for the price of resleeving the motor.... personally I'd get it resleeved and get rods & pistons, and make that sucker bulletproof
